Audrey - Thank you for stopping by. I savour 70s songs as much as other eras. Hearing them takes me make to yesteryear. I detect that a truly practiced song is timeless. I recently saw my favorite country singer from thirty years ago in concert and he yet has it. He was phenomenal. I had prepared myself to be disappointed but I was actually delighted how adept he was after all these years. His vox had survived the years.
Audrey Hunt from Pahrump NV on January 29, 2019:
I love it when y'all include 70's songs. I enjoyed each and every video. I've been a vocal instructor forever, so sooner or later through the years, I've had to larn merely about every song on earth! :)

Audrey

He pretends it'south his dominate telling him he has to come into work. They sing about they will miss each other. When the man leaves the adult female frantically dials a phone number. A homo answers and she sings; "My married man'due south finally gone. I tin can't wait until I'm in your arms over again."

agusfanani from Indonesia on Nov 11, 2015:
I find information technology an admirably exhaustive list of songs well-nigh cheating and the your idea to put "Me and Mrs. Jones" by Billy Paul no.1 is right for its easy listening, nice lyrics although its content is well-nigh extramarital affair.

Hi FlourishAnyway, I really enjoyed this hub because it wasn't simply well-nigh a song list, I liked how y'all peppered it with really prissy quotes/graphics and adulterous statistics. Cynthia Zirkwitz from Vancouver Island, Canada on Baronial 23, 2014:
What an interesting hub, Flourishing, although I observe information technology quite disturbing to read about all these songs in ane place that kind of glamorize adultery and adultery. When I worked in an outreach agency for women (and children) who had experienced relationship abuse I call back putting together for presentation to a client group, a list of pop songs (pre-Youtube) that romanticized calumniating behaviours like stalking, womanizing, and "murders of passion".
FlourishAnyway (author) from USA on August 21, 2014:

FlourishAnyway (author) from U.s. on August 04, 2014:
travmaj - That's a good one! There are so many. Once y'all start thinking near it, you wonder how many people take built solid music careers off cheating lyrics and how cheating has ruined other solid careers (e.g., certain politicians). Thanks for reading and commenting!
travmaj from australia on August 04, 2014:
Wow, where would we be without infidelity, or where would the music scene be? Hadn't realised in that location were so many cheating songs - I was thinking of Devil Adult female (Marty Robbins I remember) 'I told Mary about u.s....'
